So, what have you got to say for yourself? Post your comments, reminisces, or just say “hi” to someone you used to know!

Please enjoy the Bulletin Board -- have fun, take that walk down memory lane, get reacquainted and don't say anything about anybody you wouldn't want said about yourself (in public, anyway). Before you send anything, please review it to see whether it is respectful and responsible. The views on the Bulletin Board are those of the person who posted it and not the alumni of Edison or Edison High School as a whole, so we do not allow anonymous postings.

And remember, please, keep it clean!

Rhonda (Chauncey) Curry I have really enjoyed reading the bulleting board and it has really brought back a lot of memories, and I'm glad I had a lot of those experiences since my kids went to HS right here in HB also and I was onto all of their antics.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to the reunion but I can't help but notice all of the alumni that are listed as lost alumni. In this day and age of computers I'm sure some of us must know where some of them are now or might be and somehow we can find them too. You may even know their address in HS and maybe their parents still live there. I myself know that Lois Lehto's mom still lives in the same house, and I ran into Ellen Van Don at her work (and Bette Botts too! Hi Betty) I talk to Joyce Moore all the time and have tried to get her to come but she will be busy at that time having her 5th grandchild! And I can probably locate Kelly Appalategui through her brother. Just looking through the pictures jogged my memory. Anyone else want to give it a try?

Rhonda (Chauncey) Curry This is to Kathy Cunningham and Sue Cross - my heart goes out to you both. I have a nephew who was born with heart problems and they never really gave him much of a chance to live without a heart transplant but for 20 long years we lived with many hospitalizations, surgeries and close calls and then finally last July 15th at we got the call that a heart was available. We had to have him up to Children's Hospital in LA within 2 hours if we wanted it. It was a real big surprise that finally after all those years they finally had a match! The surgery was a big success and he was out of the hospital within 9 days (breaking the record) and is now back to work full time and looks and feels just wonderful. The skinny, gaunt, sickly little kid we had always known has grown into a wonderful, healthy, robust and hilarious young man. I can't say enough for the love and generosity and patience that the nurses gave us all and my thoughts are and prayers are still with all the other families we met at the Hospital, and to those we never met, who were and are still living through their own experiences. I know it's hard and seems never ending, but miracles do happen.

Rhonda (Chauncey) Curry Well, for those of you who missed Friday's party at Chamayo's you missed a wonderful time. Everyone has changed so much, and not just like you think. Sure we all look different and "just a little" older but everyone was so warm and welcoming and there wasn't a stranger in the bunch. Even if you didn't remember someone, or the never knew you, you were suddenly a long lost friend. Those of us who were shy or loner's in high school were suddenly friends of those who were popular and more outgoing. I went alone, feeling a little funny, but left with a smile on my face and looking forward to meeting "again" even more "strangers" from the past tomorrow night. Can't wait to see you all there. Warmly, Rhonda Curry (Chauncey)

We could do what other sites do and make this as long and painful to read as possible, get a bunch of lawyers involved and find the most obscure English words possible, but why?
