So, what have you got to say for yourself? Post your comments, reminisces, or just say “hi” to someone you used to know!

Please enjoy the Bulletin Board -- have fun, take that walk down memory lane, get reacquainted and don't say anything about anybody you wouldn't want said about yourself (in public, anyway). Before you send anything, please review it to see whether it is respectful and responsible. The views on the Bulletin Board are those of the person who posted it and not the alumni of Edison or Edison High School as a whole, so we do not allow anonymous postings.

And remember, please, keep it clean!

J.D. Elmquist Great job. Thanks for doing this. Looking forward to seeing everyone in July

J.D. Elmquist It's good to hear from you Scott. Mike Johnsen told me about your musical enterprise and I'm really happy for you and Roger. Speaking of Roger, I've had to live with a great deal of guilt knowing that I had his Yearbook from our Junior year these last 3 decades. Although it makes me feel "popular" to read all the inscriptions, I guess I'll return it this year.

Reading all of your stories has inspired me...to shut the hell up! I have no interesting stories, no great adventures, nothing to recommend me to a biographer.

My wife Julie (my Junior High School sweetheart) and I live in Moreno Valley with our 3 great dogs and occasional house guests. Ironically enough, we now live a short distance away from the Air Force Base from which my father retired just before we moved to HB.

We've invested in minor league baseball over the years...sometimes quite painfully...and we spend nearly every night at a California League baseball game. I make my living as an Electrical Estimator/Project Manager for a Defense Contractor in the Inland Empire and I write for and edit Minor League Baseball publications in my spare time. Not very intriguing, I'm afraid. Apparently I peaked when I was named "Boy of the Month".

Looking forward to seeing everyone.

J.D. Elmquist Hey Greg, thanks for being one of our 41,000 closest friends with whom we shared our wedding day at the Big A. That's really neat that you, a fellow Charger, was there. Just for the record, ours was the first, last and ONLY wedding at Anaheim Stadium (Big A, Angel's Stadium, the Ed, etc.), since we had to negotiate with the City, the County, the Rams, the Angels, the Freedom Bowl Committee, ARA concessions and Major League Baseball to get the damn thing done. To make our task just a little bit more difficult, we got a phone call 3 days before the wedding informing us that the stadium required a $1,000,000.00 liability policy or the deal was off. Much to their chagrin, I got one...for a 45 minute window.

At any rate, Mike Johnsen was my best man (OK, a better than average man) and my softball team stood up for us and a great time was had by all. Dave Winfield hit the game winning homer, Kirk McCaskill pitched a 4 hit shutout and, miracle of miracles, my wife didn't spill a drop of mustard on her wedding gown. Although the ceremony plunged us deeply into debt from which we are still emerging, I'd do it all over again.

Ironically enough, one of the minor league teams in which we have invested is an Angels affiliate, so many of the players on this season's roster have either lived with us (minor league ballplayers make next to nothing) or have been fed by us at one time or another.

Oh, and Mike...you know that you should never, NEVER talk about my jewels or my Wangs to anyone with whom we've metriculated. It's just in poor taste to do so.

J.D. Elmquist If I may offer my two cents to those who sought regime change: It ain't over yet.

When Hamilton County, OH can cast 4400 votes for W despite the fact the fact that only 683 registered voters reside in Hamilton County; when every exit poll proved exactly correct in all precincts that cast their votes with paper ballots and every exit poll was incorrect in every precinct that used Diebold "paperless" voting machines; when counties in FL register 7 in 10 voters for the Democratic party yet the polls indicate that W carried 70% of the vote; and when new voters register at an historic rate, yet the results of the voting indicate that their collective votes meant nothing, I smell a rat.

And that rat resides in west Texas.

When all is said and done, providing the Attorney General of the United States and the Supreme Court do not block attempts at finding the truth about the balloting system, W and the rest of the Bush Crime Family will be overthrown. This I most fervently wish.

Just had to speak up, as long as you brought up the subject.

Oh, I had a great time at the reunion. Thanks again to John Miller and company.

We could do what other sites do and make this as long and painful to read as possible, get a bunch of lawyers involved and find the most obscure English words possible, but why?
