So, what have you got to say for yourself? Post your comments, reminisces, or just say “hi” to someone you used to know!

Please enjoy the Bulletin Board -- have fun, take that walk down memory lane, get reacquainted and don't say anything about anybody you wouldn't want said about yourself (in public, anyway). Before you send anything, please review it to see whether it is respectful and responsible. The views on the Bulletin Board are those of the person who posted it and not the alumni of Edison or Edison High School as a whole, so we do not allow anonymous postings.

And remember, please, keep it clean!

Brian Johnson Does anybody remember when we had "Lowriders" on campus? How about the rumble in the dirt field across the street from school, between the wanna be "Lowriders" and the football players. Somewhat of a defining battle, as I remember. Not only did a bunch of "Lowriders" get their butts kicked by some shaved headed hulks, the football team went on to win CIF, if I'm not mistaken. .......... All the Best

Brian Johnson Since most of us spent a few hours at or near the beach during high school, here are a few memories. Does anybody remember? : running their bike into the sand, or bumping into someone, looking at a guy or girl at the beach, the smell of suntan lotion during summer, baby oil, volleyball at brookhurst, the steel pier at river jetties, the OP surf contests, strips on the pier, smoothies at the surfshops, surf movies at the surf theater and the smell inside, getting worked over by a wave, choking on sea water, red eyes, sunburns, peeling skin, cracked lips, hot sand, cool water, red tide, grunion hunting, fire rings, offshore Santa Ana winds, the smell of surfwax, no surfboard leashes, the cop chop, fourth of July fireworks at the pier, riptides, the Golden Bear, Warner Drive In, Crab Cooker, beach parties with no curfew, body surfing, the wedge, riding bicycles everywhere, surfboards on many cars, the lifeguard towers, zinc oxide, callus on the feet during summer, big north & south swells, friends... so many more, what a great place to live!... Brian Johnson Hi Ed Macy, Mike Miller & Alumni Baseball Teammates,

I will be unable to attend Saturday's Reunion, but hope to see as many of our Team, as possible, Friday night. I had the pleasure of throwing the little white baseball as hard, out of control and with as much junk on it, as my arm would allow, for several years. Both Ed & Mike were always there behind the plate, distracting the opponent batters with choice comments, keeping the umpires amused and guarding home plate with their lives, not to mention keeping all the base runners honest. Can still hear the popping of your mitts and see the dirt flying. My hat is off to both of you for being such great catchers, each with your own unique style, both tougher than tough!

To Coach Tallman and all my fellow Alumni Teammates, thanks for all the great memories, camaraderie and supporting me through thick and thin. We had as much fun as any team and smoked many schools, many two or three times. I wondered if we were going to arrive on the bus at Santa Ana Valley alive and thanked God Gary Templeton never took our heads off with his wild,105 MPH. pitches, remember? Glad he found his calling as a shortstop. I miss each and every one of you and hope you are all doing well !

Best Regards

We could do what other sites do and make this as long and painful to read as possible, get a bunch of lawyers involved and find the most obscure English words possible, but why?
