So, what have you got to say for yourself? Post your comments, reminisces, or just say “hi” to someone you used to know!

Please enjoy the Bulletin Board -- have fun, take that walk down memory lane, get reacquainted and don't say anything about anybody you wouldn't want said about yourself (in public, anyway). Before you send anything, please review it to see whether it is respectful and responsible. The views on the Bulletin Board are those of the person who posted it and not the alumni of Edison or Edison High School as a whole, so we do not allow anonymous postings.

And remember, please, keep it clean!

Paula (Scott) Nafziger I was really blessed to attend the 1974 30 year reunion a couple years ago. My brother Steve Scott invited me and it was such a blast to see old friends. Last year a friend invited me to the Edison football game at OCC the Friday before the reunion and I got to catch up with more old friends. I just thought I’d write and pass along that the Friday before our 1976 30 year reunion which is soon approaching Friday November 3rd a number of us are meeting at the game. Edison is playing Fountain Valley and the game is at Orange Coast College. So, if you are an Edison Alumni from any year but especially 1972-1978 we’d love to have you join us. I don’t know if there will be an ALUMNI sign but we’re going to try for the same spot as last year… All the way at the top of the stadium seating in the second row/aisle section.

Paula (Scott) Nafziger We’re trying to have a pre-reunion gathering at the Edison VS Fountain Valley game but have run into a glitch. I’m going to include all the info I can so here goes:

Some of us from the Edison High School Class of 1976 are meeting at the Edison VS Fountain Valley game playing at Orange Coast College on the Friday, November 3rd before our 30th year reunion the next day. BUT I’m informed you have to pre-purchase your tickets AT Edison with CASH because they expect to be sold out and don’t expect any tickets will be sold at the gate.

There will be old BAND members from previous graduating classes and it would be fun to just have anyone near the 1976 year show up to join in the fun. You don’t have to be from the year 1976… just know some of us!

I found out we are the visiting team so I think that means we’ll be on the West side. In either case we are going to try to find the ALUMNI sign (if there is one!). Last year it was at the TOP of the stadium seating in the second aisle (the band was in the first).

Plan to be at the seating by 6pm because it will get busy, loud and difficult to find each other as the night progresses.

Because it is really difficult to hear at the game with all the rooting… I’m suggesting that you include your contact information to others so you can find someone and know where we all congregated. It’s also a good idea to put your cell on vibrate and in your pocket so you can tell a call is coming in, otherwise you might never hear the ring.

Pass this along to anyone who you think would enjoy reminiscing.

We could do what other sites do and make this as long and painful to read as possible, get a bunch of lawyers involved and find the most obscure English words possible, but why?

It all comes down to: the only ones who see all of your info are the committee members. And we’re only trying to get you to come party with us. We promise not to sell your home address, your email address, your name or likeness to ANYONE.

Now renting you out for nefarious purposes…. Well, we haven’t gotten any offers yet, but we’ll hold our options open for now. Check back later.
